Steps
Follow these six steps.
Open the tool. Click Geonix in the left menu, then click Prepare a handover or prefixture.
Select vessels. Click a vessel to select it. You can select more than one vessel.
Generate. Click Start Generating to create the handover details.
Check the details. Click the arrow on a vessel card to open the full details.
Choose the email. Click Send Pre-fixture Email or Send Handover Email (see the table below).
Send. Click Send to send the email.

Tips
Work in bulk: You can select more than one vessel at a time.
Check first: Open a vessel card to review the full details before you send.
See what was sent: After you send, GeoNix confirms the email is sent. Click View details to see the sent email, then click the close button to close the preview.

Send Handover Email shares the full voyage status when handing over a vessel. Send Pre-fixture Email shares the last cargoes and S.I.R.E. details before fixing a voyage.
Can I see the email after sending?
Yes. Click View details.
