Every fixture means reading a long charter party and passing the right terms on. The CP & Voyage Operations Agent reads the charter party details in the email for you, so you can review them, correct a value and send the fixture instructions. Watch the interactive guide above for a click-by-click walkthrough.
At a glance
Where to find it: Fleet Emails (assign the agent), then Digital Operator (review and send).
Who it is for: Operators who handle fixtures and voyage instructions.
You will need: A fixture instructions email in Fleet Emails and the recipient's email address.
You will learn: How to run the agent, correct a value, review the two summaries and send the fixture instructions.
Steps
Follow these 14 steps.
Open Fleet Emails. Click Fleet Emails in the left menu. This is the inbox for all your fleet correspondence, so you can pick the email an agent should work on.
Find the email. Click the search box and type the email subject. This narrows the list so you can quickly find the fixture instructions email you need.
Assign the email. Click Assign to hand this email to an AI agent. The agent reads the email for you, so you do not have to pull out the details by hand.
Choose the agent. Click CP & Voyage Operations Agent to select it. This agent reads the charter party details in the email, so choosing it tells GeoOne which job to do.
Run the agent. Click Trigger Agent to start the agent on this email. It then begins extracting the charter party details.
Open the task. Click Digital Operator in the left menu. This is where each agent's task and results are kept, so you can review what it extracted.
Correct a value. The Reasoning panel lists what the agent extracted from the email. Click the pencil icon to correct the Charter Reference Number if the agent got it wrong. Every edit updates the Output email draft in real time.
Save your correction. Click Save to confirm. The new Charter Reference Number replaces the old one in the Reasoning panel and in the Output draft.
Review the Operator Summary. Click Operator Summary to see the charter party details the operator needs. An orange exclamation mark means the agent was unsure of an item, so check it before sending.
Review the Other Summary. Click Other Summary to see the remaining charter party details. This lets you confirm nothing is missed before the email goes out.
Check the Output draft. This is the email that will be sent. Review the Charter Reference Number to confirm it shows the value you saved.
Try to send. Click Approve & Send to send the draft. The email will not go out until the To field has a recipient, so fill that in first.
Add the recipient. Click To and enter the recipient's email address. This tells GeoOne who receives the fixture instructions.
Send. Click Approve & Send. GeoOne sends the fixture instructions email to the recipient and the task is complete.

Commercial terms stay with your team: Freight and commission are never included in the Master's email.
