FAQ
What does Pro-Rated mean?
A voyage that runs across your date range counts only for the days inside the range. Totals for a month or quarter are not inflated by long voyages.
I cannot see Commercial Performance in the Analytics menu. Why?
Dashboards are enabled per company. Contact your GeoServe account manager to ask about adding it.
Where is the Apply button?
There is none. Filters apply automatically when you close a dropdown, press Enter, or pause for about 1.5 seconds.
Why is a vessel missing?
Only vessels in your vessel list are shown. Add it in My Profile > Update Your Vessels.
