Prefixture questionnaires ask for the same vessel details again and again. The Vessel Intelligence Agent drafts the answers from Q88 and past questionnaires and marks any gaps for the Master, so questionnaires go back faster and stay consistent. Steps
Follow these five steps.
Send the questionnaire. Click New Email in Fleet Emails. Enter the vessel name and "Prefixture Questionnaire" as the subject, add the questions as the message, and click Send.
Run the agent. Select Vessel Intelligence Agent, then click Trigger Agent. The agent drafts the answers and an email to the Master.
Add the Master. Click To and enter the Master's email address. The Q&A answers and the draft email appear in Output.
Send for verification. Click Approve & Send to send the questionnaire to the Master for verification.
Check it was sent. Click the status filter and select Completed to see the questionnaires you have sent.
Tips
Expect gaps: Answers the agent cannot find are marked Not filled. The Master completes them.
Always verify: Ask the Master to verify the answers before you return the questionnaire.
Filter the queue: In Digital Operator, filter by Vessel Intelligence Agent and Pending Approval to see only the questionnaires waiting for you.
