Use Claims & Rebill Agent - Digital Operator - GeoOne

Run the Claims & Rebill Agent on a charterer email, request a statement of facts from the Master and resolve the claim.

A missed speed-up, heating or deviation is money the owner never recovers. The Claims & Rebill Agent reads charterer emails, flags rebillable events, drafts a statement of facts request to the Master and keeps the claim open until you resolve it. Watch the interactive guide above for a click-by-click walkthrough.
