Review Agency Appointments - Analytics - GeoOne

See your port call appointments by country, agent and time, and review cost savings, cash projection, D.A. timelines, overdue F.D.A.s and cost queries in GeoOne Analytics.

Agency Appointments gives you one view of the port calls you submitted, the agents you used, what they cost and how much you saved. D.A. means disbursement account and F.D.A. means final disbursement account. Watch the interactive guide above for a click-by-click walkthrough.

At a glance

  • Where to find it: Analytics > Agency Appointments in the left menu.

  • Who it is for: Port operations and finance teams who manage agents and disbursement accounts.

  • It answers: How many port calls did we submit, through which agents, at what cost, and how much did we save? Which F.D.A.s are overdue, and what cash is due?

  • Access: Available in the Analytics menu for every company.

  • When: A date filter on each tab.

A few things to know about how filters behave:

  • No Apply button: Filters apply when you close a dropdown, press Enter, or pause for about 1.5 seconds.

  • Clear All: Click it to go back to the default view.

  • Shared filters: Sub Company, Vessel, Country, Port, Agent and Currency are shared. Pick them once and they apply on every tab.

Tips

  • Plan funding: Use Cash Projection to plan for upcoming D.A. payments.

  • Chase late accounts: Use Overdue FDA to follow up on accounts that are past due.

  • Export your view: Most tables have an Export button that downloads an Excel file with your current filters applied.

FAQ

How do I see a single vessel?

Click the arrow next to Sub Company, open the vessel level and pick the vessel.

Why does Cash Projection not show a Vessel filter?

Cash Projection has no vessel detail, so the Vessel level is hidden on that tab.

Where is the Apply button?

There is none. Filters apply automatically when you close a dropdown, press Enter, or pause for about 1.5 seconds.
