Steps
Follow these five steps.
Open the Port DA list. Click Port in the left menu, then click Port DA.
Filter for approval. Click For Approval to see the port D.A.s awaiting your action.
Open the port call. Click the port call number to open its details and check them.
Approve. Click Approve, then click Confirm to approve the D.A.
Close the message. The D.A. is approved. Click the message to close it.

Focus on what needs you: Use For Approval to see only the D.A.s that need your action.
Review first: Check the details of the port call before you approve.
FAQ
I cannot see the Approve button. Why?
You may not have approval rights, or the D.A. is not waiting for your approval. Contact GeoOne Support if you think this is wrong.
Can I undo an approval?
No. Check the D.A. carefully before you click Confirm.
