Where to find it: Analytics > Bunker Procurement in the left menu.

Access: Enabled per company. If you do not see it in the Analytics menu, contact your GeoServe account manager.
Quick tour
Follow these four steps to get started.
Click Analytics in the left menu, then click Bunker Procurement.
Read the overview: quantity by region, sub-company, fuel and delivery date.
Open each tab to go deeper (see The tabs below).
Narrow the results with the filter bar at the top, if you need to.
The tabs
Each tab shows a different part of your fuel buying.
Tab | What it shows | Use it to |
Upcoming Deliveries | Scheduled bunker deliveries and their quantities | Plan the next bunkering |
Trade Area | Bunker procurement by trade area | See where you buy the most fuel |
Report | Procurement summaries and detailed bunker reports | Get the full detail and export it |
Key figures
These headline figures sit at the top of the dashboard.
Figure | What it means |
Quantity (MT) | The fuel quantity, in metric tonnes |
Ports | The number of ports where you buy fuel |
BDN Quantity | The quantity recorded on the Bunker Delivery Note |
Planned and final delivery dates | When the delivery was planned and when it was finalised |
Quantity min / max | The quantity range you requested |
Filters
Use the filter bar at the top to narrow the dashboard.
Who and what: Sub-company, Vessel, Fuel.
Where: Port.
Status and date: Status, Delivery Date.
A few things to know about how filters behave:
No Apply button: Filters apply when you close a dropdown, press Enter, or pause for about 1.5 seconds.
Clear All: Click it to go back to the default view.
Shared across tabs: Most filters carry over, so you choose once and switch tabs.
Tips
Plan ahead: Use Upcoming Deliveries to plan for the next bunkering.
Export the detail: Use Report to export the detailed bunker report.
FAQ
Can I export the deliveries?
Yes. Open Report and export the table. The Excel file uses your current filters.
I cannot see Bunker Procurement in the Analytics menu. Why?
Dashboards are enabled per company. Contact your GeoServe account manager to ask about adding it.
Where is the Apply button?
There is none. Filters apply automatically when you close a dropdown, press Enter, or pause for about 1.5 seconds.
